Allstate Is the Worst

Company: Allstate Insurance

Allstate car insurance is the worst company I've ever heard of in my entire life. In 2006 my Saturn Ion was hit by a driver that has Allstate insurance and the company adjusted my car in the most ridiculous fashion imaginable: I couldn’t believe the incompetence. I was forced to send my car to one of Allstate's preselected "professional" body shops which are anything but professional. While my car looked decent when it was completed, all the parts were really replaced with shoddy materials and it wasn't long before my vehicle was back in the garage getting fixed again! When I called a customer rep to complain about the shoddy workmanship of the repairs, they informed me that all insurance companies use rebuilt parts when they repair vehicles, as if I was dumb enough to fall for that one! In my book, Allstate is the worst insurance company in the business and they are only concerned with making money and not properly repairing vehicles that they are supposed to cover.
